Paid 1/2 of the payment (15k) in Feb for a closet project. Install began in June and paid in full (another 15k). How so very foolish of me. Amanda (the closet designer) had the electrician install the new electrical plug in the wrong place. They said it would take 3-5 days to install. Took 6 days and then they said they didn't have all the items to install due to supply chain issues. They didn't get back here until August. They send out a new technician each time and not with the correct things to install. It's now August 31... read more

If you like dope smokers this is the company for you. California Closets came to my home in January 2021 to draw up plans for an office space. I was told it would take about 8 weeks to get the office space installed. The first installer arrived in April and installed everything but one part of the space. While here he was smoking dope as witnessed by myself and one other individual. He said he would return and finish it but never returned. Terrible experience. I liked our designer Mariana and she did a great job coming up with a design and concept we liked, but the execution/install was pitiful. Excuse after excuse - my $40,000 project still isn't complete and it was supposed to be finished 4 weeks ago (after they had already worked for ten days, they needed more time because their installers were only here for about 2 hours a day). Nope. i will give this company not one red cent. After trying to submit an inquiry online (with my name address, and a description of the project online), the scheduling tool would not allow me to make an appointment. I clicked have someone call me instead. This was a Wednesday. I immediately received rapid fire text messages, asking me for my address (which made me uncomfortable), and also several phone calls, and two emails also asking me for information I had already submitted. Catherine came to our house to work with us on cabinets for our garage. She was incredible to work with! She was able to show us exactly how the cabinets would look on her tablet after about 10 minutes, and she was very patient with our changes. I should point out that 2 other Garage Cabinet makers we got quotes from could only offer us standard sizes that would have not made the best use of our space. Very great experience!

We had California Closets help us design a Murphy bed for our small bedroom that doubles as an office too. They're staff was so friendly and helpful. We are so happy with the quality of the bed. The team that came to install it was very courteous and professional. The whole experience from planning to completion of installment was wonderful.

My family has so much usable storage space now rather than the dead space we had before. I'm still amazed when I walk into my closet and see all of the shelves, drawers, and hanging spaces that weren't there before!
