Update: 9/8/2025: Updated rating to 3 California Closets team reverted quickly post this review. They have worked to make sure that the various issues are handled correctly. A new committed ETA was honored. The workers who did the work were good. A senior manager got involved and passed me her direct number. They accepted to reimburse for some last minute electrical changes done by my GC. I will give them 5 stars for getting back and working to ensure that things are completed satisfactorily. Beautiful highly recommend this company! They did a built in media/entertainment center in our upstairs living room. Kyle did the installation and he did amazing! And Alexis helped us with our design process, she made it so easy and beautiful. If we need anything else in the future we will definitely be requesting them again, they did great!

Easily the best experience we could've imagined having! Kimberly (sales) and Kyle (install) were fantastic to work with. From our first day visiting the show room and meeting with Kimberly to the last day of Kyle coming to wrap up over a weekend to ensure we hit our time deadline, the team worked as efficiently as possible to make sure we got the best quality product for the price. Absolutely loved working with Coco and california closets! She was so detailed and patient with all my requests for our media room and wall bed. I highly recommend California Closets, they are more affordable than their competition. Ask for Coco as your design consultant when you go!
