Leah with California Closets is the best. She came in a took our design and drew it up. She called us later that day and said "We can do better!" She was so right. She worked her magic and drew us a better design and better options. We are so happy with the design and function of the closet. She will be back in our house for future projects. Ask for Leah you will not be disappointed

Bumping up my rating to 4 stars. California closets came back very strongly. They accepted the issues and then worked to fix all of them. The product looks great and works well. They have some great employees who take ownership and ensure that customers are satisfied. Will certainly use them for future projects and also recommend them. As a company, they need to fix their processes though.

Update: 9/8/2025: Updated rating to 3 California Closets team reverted quickly post this review. They have worked to make sure that the various issues are handled correctly. A new committed ETA was honored. The workers who did the work were good. A senior manager got involved and passed me her direct number. They accepted to reimburse for some last minute electrical changes done by my GC. I will give them 5 stars for getting back and working to ensure that things are completed satisfactorily. Beautiful highly recommend this company! They did a built in media/entertainment center in our upstairs living room. Kyle did the installation and he did amazing! And Alexis helped us with our design process, she made it so easy and beautiful. If we need anything else in the future we will definitely be requesting them again, they did great!
