I had a good experience! Annabel was great - responsive and easy to work with. She was flexible and friendly, and listened and offered helpful suggestions. I was worried about the install, given the negative reviews and, indeed, they canceled the day of. I was super stressed! But they called immediately, and added more installers for the second day, so they ultimately got it done on time.

I walked into the Roseville showroom and met with Kelsey. She set me up with Ladan, the designer. I live in Sutter so Ladan came to my home and we discussed options and the best design that would fit my budget. she was wonderful to work with and great communication and follow through. 6 weeks later Vince and Sebastian installed my system. Sam, my technician, is fantastic! This review is specifically for a warranty repair on cabinets I had designed and installed in 2022. California Closets provides a limited lifetime warranty. I reached out to my contacts for some things that needed repair. I was contacted immediately and a technician was scheduled for the same week. Thanks to Drew Le Lieu at CC, we went from having a deep, dark, frustrating storage closet in our primary bathroom to having a dazzling, efficient and well lit closet that is a pleasure to use every day! He was so attentive and truly cared about how every detail was going to make life easier for our family. He truly helped us design our dream closet, pantry, and laundry room!
