Jackie was great in helping us design our loft floor to ceiling bookshelves. She abswered all our questions and redesigned the bookshelves as needed when tgere was an issue or concern or just changes needed. She was always courteous and helpful throught the entire process and installation.

We worked with Gerardo, the experience was great, with lots of attention to detail and incorporating feedback/changes into the design. Gerardo was always quick to respond to any email or request. Once scheduled, the installation went without a hitch. We're loving our new closets.

Great experience working with Jackie, from the initial design and layout through project completion. She was on top of every detail and communicated clearly and often, leaving no guesswork. She worked with us on our budget and creatively met our design needs. She is skilled with cabinetry design using their layout software and navigated through it efficiently. Strongly recommend!

Since posting my original review, California Closets has been quick to respond -- and I truly appreciate the prompt attention once I reached out publicly. Within days, they scheduled a visit to fix the pull-out rack and add the extra valet hooks we requested. It's clear they wanted to make things right, and I'm grateful for their efforts to resolve the issues so quickly. We worked with Melissa George in Santa Monica and she expertly advised each of us on what items she felt would work best based on her experience, including things we hadn't thought of, and found ways to meet our wishes - which, not surprisingly, were personal and different. I wanted to be able to write a thrilling review of how please I am with my new closet. But, this is a story of how little things turn into big things and my rating is now just "ok". We remodeled our master bedroom and bath for the sole purpose to have a larger closet in our home. I love California Closet, all of my closets in my home were customized by them. This time my salesperson Morgan did a great job with my grandsons closet. It's really nice and he loves it.
