After few months of utilizing the newly installed closets and kitchen pantry, I have decided to write another review for California Closets. I'm really impressed about the quality and the ease of maintenance. I love dusting and wiping the shelves so easily and quickly. The drawers are so soft and quiet. The kitchen pantry looks beautiful, I give the credit to Katie who helped me design it! It is so ideal and practical. Jackie Rivas did an excellent job of designing three new closets for me. One, a large, open master bedroom closet with an island in it, which had to be wheelchair accessible; one smaller bedroom closet for my son, that included storage for multiple guitars as well as his clothes; and one walk-in closet in a guest room/work room where I wanted special areas for various kinds of supplies along with hanging and folded clothing storage. Everything was amazing! From Christina Grillo being an excellent Design Consultant to the finished product. Christina had great communication and was never pushy to sell more. She was very respectful of my budget and I felt at ease with the whole process because she explained everything thoroughly. The workers who came were beyond professional and courteous of our home. Writing this review for the designer Cierra Garcia who was absolutely wonderful, energetic and so patient with us while we tried working on a design that would fulfill storage requirements for our 4 closets within a tight budget. Cierra was so patient as we tweaked and redid designs patiently following through and was really tech-savvy with the 3D rendering work she did interactively with us! From start to finish, California Closets installers, Eugene and Marquis was super-easy to work with. Eugene confirmed his ETA before arrival and worked at installing my beautiful closet.The installation was took 5 days as we were informed, the outcome was beyond my imagination. We are Super pleased with the service, communications, and end results!! Lois worked with us on our closet design from start to finish, provided valuable insight/suggests on certain options, and was patient with us through multiple iterations of the designs. They did a good job installing double rods in my closet and building a desk and shelves. They showed up on time and worked steadily until the job was complete. They were friendly, neat and offered options.
