We had Bone Dry come and evaluate an issue that occurred when a roofing company put on a new roof and did not change any of the flashing in 3 areas, even with their having to replace plywood in the areas. That resulted in leaks into the ceiling and down a pair of joists.We engaged Bone Dry to investigate and they came out and detailed the other company's inadequate installation of not only the flashing but also lack of drip edge as well as improper installation of the hips over a bay window.
