From initial contact to project completion, the crew was very professional. Communication was great, they explained the various options. Once they started, the site manager kept me apprised of the progress. The crew was very friendly, respectful, and cleaned up at the end of each day. When they encountered issues they fully explained the various remedies and followed through with my decisions. Very happy with the final results. Will contact them again for future work.

In 2011 Bone Dry Roofing did a new roof on our home which we are happy with. The team was friendly and professional. After recent storms a small leak was discovered and when we called Bone Dry(August 2026) a representative, ***** was out the next day for inspection and let us know what repairs would be needed. We were very happy with the quick response and responsible price. ****** and **** did the needed repairs in the attic and another team did the shingle repair. All were again friendly and professional. We have and will ... read more

Everyone I encountered from bone dry was very respectful and professional. They came to quote fixing my flat roof that another company had failed to fix and would not come warranty it and they were able to get me scheduled in less than 2 weeks. The project took 1 day longer than expected due to the heat but the crew was very good with communication and explanations and when finished they cleaned up everything like they said they would.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry you had to deal with that first ****** leaving you in a tough spot. I'm glad our team could get you scheduled quickly and take care of it right, and I appreciate you mentioning the communication and cleanup, that's exactly what we want every customer to experience. Thanks again for trusting us with your roof!

I saw water pouring into my attic and assumed I would have to have a big hole repaired. It turns out something as small as a loose nail can bring all kinds of water into an attic and house. I got some new vents, some much needed broken shingle replacement, and now there is no water coming in to my bathroom from the roof. It's literally bone dry where it was damp just a few weeks ago during a minor shower. Bone Dry has completed three repairs on my house since I bought it in 2017 and I have no complaints.
Business response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Stories like yours are exactly why we take even small repairs seriously. A loose nail or a couple of broken shingles can cause the kind of water damage that feels a lot bigger than it actually is, and we are glad we could track down the real source instead of just patching a symptom. It means a lot that you have trusted us with three repairs since 2017. Customers like you are the reason we do this work. If you ever need anything else, big or small, do not hesitate to reach ... read more
