I saw water pouring into my attic and assumed I would have to have a big hole repaired. It turns out something as small as a loose nail can bring all kinds of water into an attic and house. I got some new vents, some much needed broken shingle replacement, and now there is no water coming in to my bathroom from the roof. It's literally bone dry where it was damp just a few weeks ago during a minor shower. Bone Dry has completed three repairs on my house since I bought it in 2017 and I have no complaints.
We are pleased with our roofing experience with Bone Dry. Roof looks great, completed in one day as promised. Crew and management spent 14 hours and completed it with cleanup before rain the next day. Communication before and during the project was good. Very happy that we chose Bone Dry.

I am not a person to trust anybody easily, everybody has a pitch and the see thru line is hidden under all the talk! I interviewed 5 roofing companies, before Bone dry, and nothing led me to feel like I could choose any of those 5 for various reasons. ME struggling with ME needing more transparency and a sense of trust.. ******, the project supervisor, was very courteous and communicated with me frequently during the course of the roof job. He also provided pictures during the shingle removal, when the decking was exposed & its condition. The majority of the decking had to be replaced unfortunately due to the age. My only minor compliant would be better communication between the roof ****************** of the gutter guards. A follow up call after the roof job providing an *** on the gutter guards would have been ideal.
