Initial contact was very professional. Roof was inspected thoroughly and the problem identified. There was no attempt to upsale.The repair crew came around sooner than expected; the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Have used Bone dry 3 times over the 19 years I have lived in my present home. The latest for a nasty leaker caused by last ******* 2024 snow and ice accumulation at the base of a dormer.They responded, inspected provided an estimate when and made the repairs when it was possible to do so, I am confident they will continue as my vendor of choice for any roofing matters in the future.
