I am not a person to trust anybody easily, everybody has a pitch and the see thru line is hidden under all the talk! I interviewed 5 roofing companies, before Bone dry, and nothing led me to feel like I could choose any of those 5 for various reasons. ME struggling with ME needing more transparency and a sense of trust.. Bone Dry Roofing did a great job for us in *******************. Pricing was in line with the level of quality work and we were happy with the end result. Any small issues were rectified right away, and we experienced a level of communication that you don't see today. ******, the project supervisor, was very courteous and communicated with me frequently during the course of the roof job. He also provided pictures during the shingle removal, when the decking was exposed & its condition. The majority of the decking had to be replaced unfortunately due to the age. My only minor compliant would be better communication between the roof ****************** of the gutter guards. A follow up call after the roof job providing an *** on the gutter guards would have been ideal.

I called for help with a roof leak. Several businesses did not want to even come and give a quote.They were not interested in a small repair. Bone Dry came out within 24 hours of calling. They inspected the roof found the leak and unfortunately other issues. They gave me a quote that was good for. 3 mo. The next day we had another storm and the leak continued I called them again they were nearby and came and covered the leak immediately. That was before any work was completed or scheduled.
