Wanted to give kudos to Ace Pelizon for helping us service and replace our hot water heater ignitor. Though we had set up an appt for the day after, the customer service rep did put on her notes that if a tech was available the same day, if we would interested??? (yeah, no hot water is no good!)... They called the same day saying that a tech was available... Gary came that afternoon and repaired and replaced the faulty part and was in and out in an hour and we have hot water again! Excellent customer service!!! I had a leak late in the evening and called my insurance. I was given a referral for another company that did not offer 24 hr service. I called AP and got immediate service as their 24 hr service is unbelievable. I was kept in constant communication about what time they would arrive. My big petpeeve is when they tell you between 1-4 and they get there at 4:30 after you take the day off to wait for them. Straight up, I told AP to forget it if its their habit to do so. I got a promise that they'd call 15 mins before so I knew exactly when he would be here-- and they made good. Not the cheapest... But you get what u pay for, they were on time and fixed the clog.

I have a laundry hose bib leaking, I looked online & found Ace Pelizon. I looked at their website, if you make the appointment online they will waive the service charge, which I believe is $48.50. So I send my request online, I got a quick response from Ana. She was friendly, helpful, professional, & responded right away to all future e-mails... While not actually using their services - I want to commend them on their excellent customer service. The service I needed - they did not perform - so they took the time to give a reference for someone who could perform the work. That really shows a company that goes out of their way to assist - A rare find these days and I will be calling them when I need plumbing work.

We've had Ace-Pelizon out many times over the years. They did all the plumbing for our remodeled bathroom and have made a variety of repairs other places in the house. Very reliable. Reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. In fact, I just did :-).

Had the grief of coming home from work one day to a broken pipe in the front entry of my home and water gushing everywhere. My house was built in 1954 and I assumed old decay as the probable culprit. Ace had a tech out within 2 hours and quickly and affordably fixed the problem. Thank you for the quick response and job well done.

Hey we called at 8:30 a.m. and they said they would be here between 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. We called at 4:30 p.m. and they said, yes, we remember you calling, but we don't know what happened and you are not on any technicians' list. They said they did not have anyone to send out. Argh! We were without water all day. We called some else they recommended - that plumber did not call us back. So we called Courtesy Plumbing in Covina. They sent someone out and fixed the problem.
