Employee was very competent and explained how I could keep the drain from clogging in the future. Also explained the company's family plan for heating and air conditioning, which I joined.
clean, respectful, great listener, quick worker explained what he did clearly. I am so happy with kitchen sink and drains that do not leak first time since 1988. Others have tried over the years they all failed.
The gentleman that took care of our blocked pipe and replaced the garbage disposal was knowledgeable. He was a veteran and had been in Iraq. Gladly thanked him for both services.

$443.30 to fix a slowly leaking bathroom sink drain and it's still leaking and now clogged. Original quote was $1,058.55 to replace the sink faucet (lol). After I asked why it was so expensive, the quote was reduced to $443 to simply 'fix the leak', which I reluctantly agreed to. After paying I was sent an invoice that said the sink is still leaking and now clogged, and plumber has left. Ridiculous.
