They are professional but very expensive. I called them to unclog the kitchen sink we had to pay $$$
Outstanding Service. The technician was extremely professional and thoroughly explained his procedures before getting my approval to perform them.
We have had our new equipment for over 2 years. Recently had to have the inducer motor replaced and they made the repairs fast. The technician, Joe Dehaven, was very friendly and polite. They are quick on the yearly maintenance. Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new system.
Chris was great! He is very nice, professional, knowledgeable and a hard worker. Raye, the scheduler is also great. Communicative and professional. I would use Mr. Rooter again, and I would ask for Chris.

Good experience overall, but I do not like that we were not presented with more than one sump pump replacement option. We ended up spending $2,500 for a pump backup pump w/ battery backup. and 2-yr extended warranty Seems like a very nice system and works fine so far, but I wonder if there might be a less commercial, more residential unit out there for less money.
