Had a sump pump installed under an existing home and other smaller item repaired/replaced. Fast professional service received from this company. Would highly recommend this company. Pricing, I felt, was a little higher than expected but appears to be worth the price. Very helpful and courteous technicians.
Ask about coupons. I balked at the original estimate, but then the repairman said there is an online coupon... which saved me a few dollars.
I had whole house plumbing to remove and update all galvanized plumbing left in the house, I had the hot water heater replaced and an iron filter, and water softening system installed. The techs at Mr. Rooter were timely and professional. This bid was a bit higher than a couple of others that I had obtained but, you get what you pay for. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

Very good customer service. Very knowledgable and was here on time. The only down fall was they were very expensive to use other than that very thing was great. If I would have had more time I would have gotten other estimates.
