WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We bought our house in October and soon realized we had plumbing issues. My husband called Mr. plumber. Chris came out and inspected the issues. Gave us an estimate and a sales pitch about becoming a member which my husband agreed to. To prepare for this service we had to cut our wall and floor in order for proper access. Not an issue. In the past month I have bought from Williams comfort and air an entirely new heating and air conditionsing system as well as a new sump pump with backup. Yesterday May 16 Williams comfort and air installed a water heater at our home for $3100. Today May 17 I get my mail and find a flyer advertising this exact service for $1,599 in addition the website shows this service for $1,599.

I got my project completed for 75% less than Mr. Plumber quoted.
We have been dealing with a backed up sink for over a year with Mr. Plumber. Finally had someone camera snake only to tell us we HAD to jackhammer into our basement floor. We asked 3 times, is this necessary, will it fix the problem and we were told yes. They jackhammered our floor to find no issue. Sent a camera again, told us the whole floor needed to be torn into along with our driveway and would be $12,000. They came out to clean out our sewer line and put there equipment in a storm drain and not the clean out drain which we showed them where the clean out drain was but they did not listen. Now their equipment is stuck in our main sewer line and is causing the sewer to back up. Now if they try to remove their equipment from our drain it might damage our sewer line. The person that was driving this vehicle on October 10, 2020 ran a stop sign and almost hit my wife and I. On Highway 32 and 600 W. He must’ve been in a hurry to get to a job or in a hurry to get home not caring about anyone else’s life. If anyone knows who the driver is please tell him he sucks at driving

worst company ever. plumber who can't even make simple plumbing repairs and the scheduling is a joke. absolutely would NEVER recommend
My problem was taken care off but I felt the pressure sale and scare tactic was way out of line.....all I needed to no was problem, how to fix and price....
