Just called to set up a service appointment and after hearing about the service fee plus the repair fee I said I think I’m going to use a different service and instantly was hung up on the professional services I received was not the greatest and a simple goodbye would’ve been enough but to be hung up on is crazy and blankly disrespectful, and although I didn’t use you for my water heater this time I could’ve potentially used this company in the future.

WAY WAY over priced. Had them come out to replace a pressure valve they put in that went bad. Said warranty had just expired but also admitted the batch of valves they used around that time must have been faulty bc they’ve had to replace several. They wanted over $1,000 to replaced even though the part is only around $100 and a simple, quick job, and the one they put in was faulty by their own admission.
Terrible customer service and busted our main line. Would not replace it and did not take fault. Were going to charge $3,800 to fix. We did it ourselves for under $100 and 2 hours. Would NOT recommend this company. After working with them, we contacted other services in the area and they all said this company is terrible. Will never use again!
RecommendedThey called before they got here. They said 20 minutes and it was 20 minutes. We had a hot water heater installed. They were here about an hour and half for the installation

I had the single worst contractor experience of my life with a Mr. Plumber technician. We called regarding an issue with a seal around a well pump that they installed for the previous homeowners. The person they sent out had no idea how to work on a well…I have no idea why they even sent him! Although the plumber Justin Fisher did a great job replacing the one small valve I needed to hook up my dryer, which took him about 20 minutes, he overcharged me and spent another hour at my house trying to pressure me into replacing all the gas lines in my house for $4500. I had to ask him to focus on the issue and stop rambling so I could get other things done that day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We bought our house in October and soon realized we had plumbing issues. My husband called Mr. plumber. Chris came out and inspected the issues. Gave us an estimate and a sales pitch about becoming a member which my husband agreed to. To prepare for this service we had to cut our wall and floor in order for proper access. Not an issue.
