Hot water heater not working. Mr Plumber got repair man out on short notice on a Saturday. Bill Delaby made the repairs. He was knowledgeable, efficient & effective, and very pleasant to deal with, explaining issues to me as he made necessary repairs. Thanks for a great experience!
