RecommendedI've used Johnson's twice in the last month to fix two different issues with our furnace. Luckily, both times they were in the driveway within the hour. They have a 30 day service charge visit fee policy, so we did not have to pay that a second time, just the part/labor cost. Techs were courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you to Colt and Dave for getting our furnace back up and running both times.
