RecommendedJohnson’s just installed a new Trane AC and furnace system. Ron, Shane and Josh were professional and pleasant and did an excellent job. Also can’t forget Bob who came out to start the whole process moving. A quality company you can rely on. We had then install a new furnace in our previous home a number of years ago and again, it was a great, professional job. Their after installation service was also excellent. Very pleased customers Bill and Shelley Meyers.

Fantastic service! I definitely recommend Johnson’s. As new customers during the recent heat wave, when I’m sure they were overloaded with calls, we were scheduled within a few days. The day before our scheduled visit we received a call asking if the technician could come right away. Another job hadn’t taken as long as predicted. Dane was our service technician. He was great - diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, explained everything in detail,…. Very pleased!! Definitely give Johnson’s a call.
They came out the same day that we called with the problem. The man that came out was thorough and gave a great deal of details about the problems and all the possible ways he could resolve them. The price was a little steep- charging a set price just for driving to my home before even seeing a problem, but the price of the service itself was fair. I would say the “drive-out” price was the only problem.
I woke up to a warm house. Oh oh. I researched for a repairman in my area. Johnsons had excellent reviews and i was in a panic. I called and got an appointment that same day! My repairman, Bubba Smith was very professional and kind. He took time to explain things as he was doing the repair. I highly recommend this company. Promptly and reliable and reasonably priced. Experts all around!
