RecommendedThey came out the same day that we called with the problem. The man that came out was thorough and gave a great deal of details about the problems and all the possible ways he could resolve them. The price was a little steep- charging a set price just for driving to my home before even seeing a problem, but the price of the service itself was fair. I would say the “drive-out” price was the only problem.

RecommendedI woke up to a warm house. Oh oh. I researched for a repairman in my area. Johnsons had excellent reviews and i was in a panic. I called and got an appointment that same day! My repairman, Bubba Smith was very professional and kind. He took time to explain things as he was doing the repair. I highly recommend this company. Promptly and reliable and reasonably priced. Experts all around!

RecommendedFurnace wouldn’t turn on. My wife called the next day they had an employee out in less than a hour. After finding out we needed a new furnace. Salesman was out in less than a hour. After giving us some options. Gave us the estimate. After a week employees came out to replace furnace. They were on time. Replaced the furnace and some piping. They were very detailed it just wasn’t installed and leave they bled the radiator lines made sure the heater was working. They were very professional. Would highly recommend.

Recommended23 year old furnace failed during coldest temp in 2 years. Called Sunday afternoon & had new system by Tuesday. From initial tech & sales guy on Monday, to 4 man crew on Tuesday, was seamless.��

RecommendedThey were very prompt to come out and check with what we wanted. Also Perry and Mike that installed the furnace were very good at what they do. Worked 8 hours solid and don't even think they took a break. The pricing was good also. Would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a product from them.
