There is a mask order in place in Missoula for all businesses. Unfortunately this Jiffy Lube does not care that it's customers are inside the building and not wearing masks potentially spreading coronavirus to other customers and staff. Next time I go for an oil change somewhere that cares about human health!

I want to give facts about my experience taking my car to them. No oil leak beforehand but as the days went on I continued to smell oil burning. Finally I checked under the hood and oh my word. Talk about oil all over the place. But it is showing full on the stick. Completely empty in the oil pan. Again no issues before taking it in and now I've got a big problem. Then they tell me that my cabin air filter needed changing and ever since they supposedly put a new one in the air that enters the car smells like musky old... read more

I was in a hurry and unable to get an appointment at the dealership. I am happy to have clean oil, but so very disappointed that I was charged $127 for an oil change. The oil change would have been much less expensive at the dealership and tire rotation and inspection would have been included. I can not complain about the service, but it was simply too expensive. I feel bad about it.

Normally, I just do my oil myself or take it to my dealer, but I needed a job done quick. Big mistake. Pricing was atrocious ($85 because my car needs "special synthetic oil or my car could break down"?) and was at least twice as much as I've paid elsewhere. Oil change took over an hour and I was the only car in the bay at the time. To top it off, there was oil all over my steering wheel and drivers side window. Never again.

I sent my teenaged daughter with the car to get the oil changed, at her expense, so she could use it for a short trip. When she left, I told her to tell them no when they asked about changing to a synthetic oil. She did as I had asked but the man told her the car requires a blend. She was very surprised to find out that meant a synthetic blend and was going to cost her $75 instead of $40. First, it was BS to say the car required a blend-it had never used a blend before that. Hi everyone! My advice to you is do not take your car to Jiffy lube on broadway. First of all CRACKED my windsheild and now they refuse to pay for it. The guy that worked on our car even admited there was not on crack in the windsheild befor they changed the oil. The crack covers my whole windsheild now thanks to jiffy lube its definattely not worth my pretty much $700 oil change

I hesitantly took my car here in April 2011. (Hesitantly because I've heard multiple horror stories about Jiffy Lubes not replacing the oil pan bolt, etc.) I had a couple things to ask them before they started, but they rushed me inside and started taking my information. When we came to the oil, they told me that THEY DIDN'T HAVE 10W-30!! Are you kidding me???? I mean, my car is old, but I find it hard to believe when they told me not enough cars use 10W-30 anymore.
