I started at the Jiffy Lube on Brooks and was greeted by Kendra, who was not only unfriendly and rushed (there were only two other cars,) but told me that she wouldn't look at something unrelated to getting my oil change for a few bucks more. "Sorry, that's not my job." Understandable, since that is not her job, but this has never happened to be at a Jiffy Lube--they have always been willing to at least LOOK for 5 seconds at something. I came in to the front desk to ask about buying some headlights/backlights, the guy at the front desk told me to pull my car around so he could see what kind of lights were needed, so I went to my car and did as he said. As I'm pulling my car up to the garage, trying to straighten my wheels out the mechanic is yelling for me to stop so I stopped my car rolled my window down and he is yelling at me pointing his finger in my face saying "what do you think you're doing, you have no right to pull into my shop". Tried to get a conventional oil change that has always been $45-50, and the serviceman told me the total was $120, that I needed synthetic oil, and that that has been the case for the past few years. That can't be true, as I've been getting standard oil changes with no problem since I've had the car:(

DONT COME HERE. Way too expensive and there seems to be a problem with the online coupons when it specifically says it's for this location this is a joke and he's a rude customer service representative..

I'm not going to post a star because it doesn't even deserve one. But, I have to. This was my experience... Brought my girlfriends car in for an oil change was greeted at the front desk by a guy who cut me off while I was saying hello by saying a recorded speech, like he had to. he told me it would be 25 minutes. Too expensive. Go elsewhere. They charge for everything extra.. washer fluid... coolant.. other places don't do that.. plus $100 for an oil change.. wow! No thanks..
I've used Jiffy Lube for many years and never a problem using an online coupon. After waiting over 30 min at this location, they went to log me in and I showed the coupon obtained from jiffylube.com, showing it was valid at the two Missoula locations yet the tech said it wasn't valid there. I said I thought that was strange since the coupons are location specific and he said its been that way for years. WTF? Now I'm pissed. How about you asshats fix this? No - I don't want a new transmission, I don't need my engine replaced. Just give me an oil change. $52 bucks for a filter that costs $16 at Auto Zone? Your pressure on customers to upsell is annoying. Last time I was there they didn't tighten the radiator cap. Lost all coolant and engine overheated on the highway, leaving me stranded for an hour. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again!

I've gotten oil changes at other Jiffy lubes all over the United States in my 2017 ram.. 1st time I've been charged a special oil up charge for 0/40 synthetic..I can buy this oil on counter at Walmart and get same oil change for almost half..Your e commerce pks were good until up charge..I won't be back unless this issue is resolved.. #32733866
