I want to give facts about my experience taking my car to them. No oil leak beforehand but as the days went on I continued to smell oil burning. Finally I checked under the hood and oh my word. Talk about oil all over the place. But it is showing full on the stick. Completely empty in the oil pan. Again no issues before taking it in and now I've got a big problem. Then they tell me that my cabin air filter needed changing and ever since they supposedly put a new one in the air that enters the car smells like musky old... read more

Just saw one of the workers try to talk someone out of a service he didn't need but requested anyway. After he helped me with a part they didn't stock. I'm super impressed. Thats the type of service that inspires loyalty. Thanks!
This is the best Jiffy Lube I have been to in Montana! William and Andrew were fast with great customer service, all while being understaffed. Unlike the Bozeman store, they serviced my car in under 30 minutes without one complaint about it being an ARI vehicle and despite have multiple cars and clearly well understaffed. They did in 30 minutes what takes 5 hours and multiple complaints later in Bozeman. I was in a hurry and unable to get an appointment at the dealership. I am happy to have clean oil, but so very disappointed that I was charged $127 for an oil change. The oil change would have been much less expensive at the dealership and tire rotation and inspection would have been included. I can not complain about the service, but it was simply too expensive. I feel bad about it.

Best customer service ever! Both Matt and Andrew helped me when I came in for a basic oil change. They went above and beyond, helping with other issues I have with my car and gave me very knowledgeable options. They didn't pressure me to spend money on extra little bits and pieces but instead gave me the best service for a great price. I highly HIGHLY recommend giving this jiffy lube location your business. The people working at this Jiffy Lube made my simple oil change experience, absolutely magnificent. They were very friendly, honest, helpful and kind. Not the typical "mechanic" operating systems, everyone there was open hearted and helpful. I felt really taken care of, and not taken advantage of at all! This place is on point. Randy was friendly and efficient. I was surprised that Jiffy Lube does a comprehensive inspection of fluids, filters, lights, wipers, etc. Service was quick!
