I've gotten oil changes at other Jiffy lubes all over the United States in my 2017 ram.. 1st time I've been charged a special oil up charge for 0/40 synthetic..I can buy this oil on counter at Walmart and get same oil change for almost half..Your e commerce pks were good until up charge..I won't be back unless this issue is resolved.. #32733866

Best oil change I've ever had in my life. No joke. Quick, kind, funny people. Definitely reliable; even got a good recommendation for where to get the transmission fluid done.
I called ahead, and Damon, the manager, advised me regarding the best time of day to get the quickest service. Taking his advice, I was able to pull up to the business and get served with no waiting. The service was friendly and efficient, and the employees were very accommodating to my pet. I felt like I was informed about future services that my vehicle could benefit from, without feeling like I was being pressured to buy service upgrades that I didn't need. I used to take my car there about their prices are just outrageous in their coupons are not very good I have a tiny car and takes a little less than four chords and the price for an oil change there is absurd when I get get it I had coupons and the service was decent.
There is a mask order in place in Missoula for all businesses. Unfortunately this Jiffy Lube does not care that it's customers are inside the building and not wearing masks potentially spreading coronavirus to other customers and staff. Next time I go for an oil change somewhere that cares about human health!

Came in because the computer in my car said I was at 0% oil. After a quick check, Trevor let me know that there was plenty of oil left in my car and it looked clean. He reset it, topped off some fluids and sent me on my way, no charge. Appreciate the prompt and honest service. Highly recommend!
