Took my car in for oil change & tire rotation. I always remove any valuables before getting my car worked on. When I got my car back, the antibacterial wipes I keep in my glove box were scattered on the floor and the envelope with my registration & insurance was missing from the glove box. It had been in there before I took it in because I saw it when I removed my CD 's from the glove box earlier. Brain on Brooks talked so fast and tryed to over sell the most expensive oil change on my car. Con artist tactic! I told him that my car didn't require the most expensive synthetic even at the dealership or at the other Jiffy Lubes. He refused to give me a cheaper one and told me over and over that they provided more services than anyone else and I could leave if I wanted. Much better than the Germantown, MD Jiffy Lube, but that doesn't take much. They did a nice job with my car, got the car in and out. However, a district manager took their credit card machine earlier in the day. The manager had no idea how to process a credit card without the machine. It took forever and in the end he still couldn't get an approval code. I am guessing I will be double billed, or worse, guess we will see. The staff was nice, seem to know what they were doing. I've always had my ideas about quick lube places, and jiffy lube on brooks changed my mind about it. Brian is very nice, ultra helpful, and makes me feel like he really cares about my car and it's well being. He discussed future maintenance without the feeling of pressure sales. My car was in and out and I couldn't be happier!

Beware!!! Do not go here! I went in and got an oil change. They over filled my car with oil and it messed up my plugs. took it back in and watched them as they had to take it back out. The oil was also straight black and the wrong kind! I ended up having to take my car to the dealership to get another oil change and plugs after I had just spent $59 at Jiffy Lube. Do not go here they are a huge wast of money

$54 for the most basic oil change and service from a somewhat grumpy attendant. Jiffy Lube tends to do a hit or miss kind of job anyhow; I went here because it should at least be cheaper than other places. Might as go to a dealer and not risk them forgetting to put the oil cap back on (this happened twice at Jiffy Lubes).

Buyer beware! These guys charged me $60 for an air filter that typically costs $30 when the dealer replaces it. Not nice .

I went for a signature oil change and left feeling totally taken advantage of and ending up spending double what I needed to. Charged me for services I never asked for because they "assumed" I wanted them. Nice try... Went to the broadway location right after and they were absolutely amazing!
