I was blown back at the 105$ oil change.....told dude no extras just get me in and out ..even came back with dealership recommended levels fluids told him don't worry about my lights my and trying to sell me everything....I will never go back when I can go to Carl Tyler and get it done for 55$...I guess I should have asked first but employee talked 100mph and was trying to get these ladies to get stuff they didn't need or had any clue what he was talking about! We had 3 different automobiles serviced at Jiffy Lube on Brooks on a single day. All of them read at least a quart low on oil. No oil registered on one of the dip sticks. The wiper washer fluid was not filled. I am not certain what service was actually performed. The chief operations officer requested we drive a vehicle devoid of oil to the station to verify that we are not lying. Go anywhere else to service your vehicle. This place takes advantage of their patrons. My college age son went in for a basic oil change. They told him he needed a new oil filter and that was the only additional item they talked to him about. They charged him $160!!!!! Ridiculous! Poor business.

I have never been angrier at a company in Missoula EVER. I showed up to Jiffy Lube in a 2010 Toyota Camry that I had just bought from someone that day, and it had been running and starting perfectly. The people there started out by telling me that this vehicle required synthetic oil in it (spoiler alert, it doesn't.) They saw a short blonde woman and thought they could rip her off. This location cross threaded the drain plug on my daughters VW Jetta. Obviously did not know until the next oil change interval and she had moved. We had the location she was getting the oil changed at call to let them know of the issue and they said if she was in Missoula they could fix it with a heli-coil (which would have been a temporary fix at best). Other than that they offered no help and said it was only a 3k warranty. Who changes their oil at 3k when you pay 100 dollars for synthetic? Spoke with the manager several ... read more

This location ruined my oil pan by stripping the threads and all of the quotes I've gotten to repair it are $400+. I called this location and they said it's not their responsibility since I drove more than 3000 miles... I have full synthetic oil and my manufacturer's recommendation is 9500 miles. I was calling and talking to different people for weeks trying to sort it out and was eventually offered nothing. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT AN OIL CHANGE TO END UP COSTING YOU $500+

I will never go to this Jiffy Lube again. Although there were no other patrons there, the employees continued to stock the service bays instead of greeting me. Marvin appeared annoyed at having to take my information and attempted a shady up-sell on the oil change. When checking out, he listed a number of issues with my vehicle but when I asked him to explain them, he listed them again only slower and louder.

Jiffy Lube on Brooks in Missoula put a 5 year old oil filter on my car and didn't even put the right amount in. It was over a quart low. Lube shops do this a lot. Most people that frequent Jiffy Lube don't look under their chassis, so they don't know they're getting ripped off pretty bad. Absolutely a terrible way to spend money. If you can't watch them every step of the way, don't take it in.

I had my oil changed at the location on Brooks in Missoula recently. I asked for my air filter and a headlight bulb to be replaced. The total cost was $133, which seems extremely high, but the main reason I'm leaving a 1 star rating is due to the poor customer service. After driving away, I realized that my headlight still wasn't working. I turned around to double check that it had in fact been replaced.
