4 out of 5 times that we have been here, we have come out to find oil on the garage floor because the employees do not close the oil caps properly. We will find a new place for an oil change.

$$$$$$$$$$$$. had the oil in my wife's car change , and for the cheapest service it was still over a 100.00 , Wallmart is half this price for there top of the line oil live and learn. I guess Gouging is a think now days

I had my oil changed here multiple times and each time something would go wrong with my vehicle after. From fluid leaks to engine issues after changing my oil here... it was not great. The cost may be good, and the speed serviced is great, but there doesn't appear to be an attention to detail when servicing the vehicle that ultimately will lead to a shortened lifespan of the car.

got my car serviced quickly, kept me in the know about good preventative measures to take, and was the most cost-effective option in town! not only did they not gauge me, like les schwab does - the best part was that they didn't make me feel less-than for not knowing all there is to know about cars!

I had a very horrible experience with Tim. I've been a customer there for a very long time and I will not return due to his rude and inappropriate behavior. He could use a lot of coaching in customer service. I will also let my family and friends know about my unfortunate experience. Very disappointed.

I was blown back at the 105$ oil change.....told dude no extras just get me in and out ..even came back with dealership recommended levels fluids told him don't worry about my lights my and trying to sell me everything....I will never go back when I can go to Carl Tyler and get it done for 55$...I guess I should have asked first but employee talked 100mph and was trying to get these ladies to get stuff they didn't need or had any clue what he was talking about! We had 3 different automobiles serviced at Jiffy Lube on Brooks on a single day. All of them read at least a quart low on oil. No oil registered on one of the dip sticks. The wiper washer fluid was not filled. I am not certain what service was actually performed. The chief operations officer requested we drive a vehicle devoid of oil to the station to verify that we are not lying. Go anywhere else to service your vehicle. I had to come in to get my car checked after driving in from out of state due to a dashboard light coming on. From the moment we go there, the mechanics were welcoming and took care of the car as soon as they could. Once the car was taken back to get looked at, it only took a few minutes for the mechanic to tell us what was going on. A simple fix, and truly honest service. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

This place takes advantage of their patrons. My college age son went in for a basic oil change. They told him he needed a new oil filter and that was the only additional item they talked to him about. They charged him $160!!!!! Ridiculous! Poor business.
