Great group of guys here at this Jiffy Lube. We brought in my pickup truck that quit on us off of the tow truck and were hoping we needed just a fuel filter. They helped push the pickup inside, changed the filter and tried their best to get us up and going, and helped diagnose the true issue which was a bad fuel pump. They were also very understanding and kind in letting us hang out there while we waited for another tow. Very nice guys and we could tell they have fun working with each other.
Great experience at this jiffy lube. I had driven 2500 miles from home in Michigan and need an oil change and fuel filter for my diesel. They were the only place around that had it in stock. Performed both services, vacuumed the floors and I was back on the road in under 45 min.
The guys at the Brooks Street Jiffy Lube are the best! As soon as you pull up they are ready to go and are so friendly. I got an oil change in less than 15 minutes. They are awesome!!
The only place I have had more issues with incompetence and lack of common sense is from the jiffy Lube location on Broadway and Madison in Missoula! In November of 2024 , the tech in the underground bay snapped off my oil drain plug after over tightening the bolt , then he had to re thread the plug which was never brought up until I asked why it was taking such a long time ( over 75 minutes) then they charged me for their mistake and also . These guys saved my life! My wiper blade snapped off and my tire light went on the day before a cross-country road trip. I came in, and Bishop and the crew immediately got me all set, provided peace of mind, and very honestly informed me I didn’t yet need an oil change (I was unsure as I’d recently bought my car used) and sent me on my way for a very reasonable charge. Everyone I encountered here was pleasant, communicative, kind, and knowledgeable.
