got my car serviced quickly, kept me in the know about good preventative measures to take, and was the most cost-effective option in town! not only did they not gauge me, like les schwab does - the best part was that they didn't make me feel less-than for not knowing all there is to know about cars!
I had to come in to get my car checked after driving in from out of state due to a dashboard light coming on. From the moment we go there, the mechanics were welcoming and took care of the car as soon as they could. Once the car was taken back to get looked at, it only took a few minutes for the mechanic to tell us what was going on. A simple fix, and truly honest service. Thanks Jiffy Lube!
the owner Brigs came out to check on me and make sure I was happy with everything, and I was. They were super busy and still got me in and out quick and caught a couple small things that I didn't see! I will definitely use them in the future!
Much better than the Germantown, MD Jiffy Lube, but that doesn't take much. They did a nice job with my car, got the car in and out. However, a district manager took their credit card machine earlier in the day. The manager had no idea how to process a credit card without the machine. It took forever and in the end he still couldn't get an approval code. I am guessing I will be double billed, or worse, guess we will see. The staff was nice, seem to know what they were doing. I've always had my ideas about quick lube places, and jiffy lube on brooks changed my mind about it. Brian is very nice, ultra helpful, and makes me feel like he really cares about my car and it's well being. He discussed future maintenance without the feeling of pressure sales. My car was in and out and I couldn't be happier!
4 out of 5 times that we have been here, we have come out to find oil on the garage floor because the employees do not close the oil caps properly. We will find a new place for an oil change.

$$$$$$$$$$$$. had the oil in my wife's car change , and for the cheapest service it was still over a 100.00 , Wallmart is half this price for there top of the line oil live and learn. I guess Gouging is a think now days

I had my oil changed here multiple times and each time something would go wrong with my vehicle after. From fluid leaks to engine issues after changing my oil here... it was not great. The cost may be good, and the speed serviced is great, but there doesn't appear to be an attention to detail when servicing the vehicle that ultimately will lead to a shortened lifespan of the car.

I had a very horrible experience with Tim. I've been a customer there for a very long time and I will not return due to his rude and inappropriate behavior. He could use a lot of coaching in customer service. I will also let my family and friends know about my unfortunate experience. Very disappointed.
