I was very impressed with the customer service with the manager. Rarely do I feel like recommendations made by mechanics are genuine, but I really trusted the advice given. Prices were reasonable. The wait was significantly longer than any other shop I had ever been before. However, to be fair it was crazy busy and they still got me out in a reasonable time. Will do business again.

I had my tires rotated last month at this Jiffy Lube. While driving down the freeway this weekend and hearing a noise with the right rear tire, I stopped and discovered a missing lug nut and the other 4 lug nuts loose. This could only have happened when the Coralville Jiffy Lube rotated the tires. Had I driven further, the tire could have damaged the car or even fallen off, endangering my passengers and myself. Took car in for a routine oil change to this jiffy lube. They ended up rotating my tires per their recommendation. Hours later while on my way to Omaha, my brakes go out (no fluid). This after the lube claimed to have topped all fluids. Not sure what they did, but it ended up costing me $900 to get fixed. Needed to get new brake lines and calipers. I just wanted an oil change jiffy lube! Thanks...

I have previously had good experiences here, but my most recent visit will be my last. Had the oil changed, using synthetic oil, and was told that the Jiffy Lube brand was exactly the same composition as the Mobil 1, just less expensive since it is "their" brand. Had my car in for an unrelated repair at our usual mechanic two weeks later, and was told my oil was dirty and over a quart low, but no visible leaks in the the engine (my car is only 2 years old). These people destroyed my car. Went in and nothing was wrong and they return the car with smoke coming out of the exhaust and serious damage to the engine. They say it just happens some times. $1200 worth of damage doesn't just happen. Completely absolved themselves of any wrong doing. Will never visit this or any Jiffy Lube ever again.

Pretty good service overall. Definitely much quicker than I expected them to be, and friendly enough. Of course, they tried to sell me stuff like everywhere does, but they weren't too pushy about it. I was happy, although for the price I'll probably go back to the dealer next time when I'm not in such a hurry.

On my trip across country my air conditioner went out around 415. Found there was a location near by, so I called and they told me they were closing up for the day even though the attendant and the website both say they closed at 5. Needless to say they are about as useless as this whole state is.
