What I thought was an effective place to get a quick oil change turned out to be a place that caused more problems that specializes in oil changes of all things mechanically.... Had them rotate tires on a vehicle that needed the tires replaced after they told me the tread was good and they probably didn't even need rotated at all. I just tried to get my oil changed here. Upon arrival, a worker signaled me to move into a lane behind another car. 5 other cars were greeted around me/behind me and were serviced while I waited to speak with someone and get the green light to go inside. After 35 minutes, no one had approached my car. Therefore, I went a mile down the road to get my oil changed. I will not go back. Very disappointed.

Won't ever use again. They left several clips off the panel that protects my oil pan and I found it hanging down when my spouse noticed something hanging from behind. Not to mention when I was there they only pushed the pure synthetic change which irritated me. I went in a spoke to new management and have added a star. He refunded what my dealership charged me to fix my vehicle and was very apologetic.

Second time I have had an issue here. First time tire not put on safely. Car was shimmying. I drive for work all over the state and two days later took it into the Chevy dealer who told me that the Jiffy Lube had not secured the tired properly. Last week there to just add oil to my car ( a free service for me). Told me it would be an hour wait. Man this place lost my business. Dropped car off and went to eat. When i got back they said they didnt have filter and couldnt change oil. I asked if they could order one and they said they only do walk ins. What does ordering a filter have to with walk ins? The guy refused to let me get a word in and told me i had to goto dealer. Finally i just left and got my oil changed at a place that was not the dealer

I took my van in for an oil change at this Jiffy Lube in Iowa city. They suggested a new cabin air filter and a new engine air filter. I said yes to the cabin filter but no to the engine air filter, as I can do this easily myself. After the oil change, I got home and opened the hood to change the engine air filter, and found that they had twisted the head off of one of the four bolts that hold on the engine air filter cover. Had my daughter take my car in for oil change on the 10th of October. In under 1000 miles we had no oil in the engine. No signs of leaks and no signs of smoke in the exhaust. Even though the sticker on the windshield say regular oil they tricked her into synthetic oil on 2005 vehicle. Just so they could get $96.44 out of her. I went to Coralville Jiffy Lube to get my car serviced and to get an oil change because I was lazy and in a rush (my mistake). The next time I drove my car, my car seized up on the highway, so I had the car towed to a shop, and they determined that the transmission was bone dry and had no transmission fluid in it. Super impressed with this Jiffy Lube! I showed up 15 minutes til close (like a jerk) for an oil change and they were still super accommodating and nice. I spoke with 4 different people and every single one of them was great. Assistant manager was very friendly and clearly knowledgable. I had no idea they did anything more than change your oil; they also vacuumed out my van and topped off all my fluids and checked my lights and everything!
