Great oil change and very nice people. I would return any time I need my oil changed.
I received great customer service from John M. Gave me all the info needed, was kind and didn't push anything on me.
AVOID this location! Terrible. It was essentially a hostage situation. They had my car. I'm pretty sure they didn't even change my oil and I was about to drive on a very long trip again. Very dishonest, dis-reputable business. Get your oil changed somewhere else.
This Jiffy Lube is the most COVID-unsafe indoor location I have visited since the pandemic began. I was asked to wait inside with five other customers for twenty minutes for service. One customer was not masked, and one was wearing a mask beneath his nose. The employee assigned to help us came in without a mask. He performed all transactions, including those that required breaking distance, without a mask on. I came in to the Coralville Jiffylube while passing through town to get an oil change. There was a shorter guy with almost white hair that checked me in and out. He just came off very rude, didn't really answer my questions. I was not happy with the service he provided. Other than that the guys out inthe shop got the oil change done very quickly. Would return if the check in guy would learn some better people skills.
Excellent place for oil change & service in Coralville/ Iowa City area! Staff is knowledgeable, pleasant & professional. Facility is clean & well-kept. Blows away the competition (Mobil 1) down the street! I shall be back.
The reason why this place is getting two stars is because they got me in quick and they did change my oil but that was it!! I drive a fleet car and they had a plethora of items that they wanted done on my truck and zero of them, except for the oil change, got taken care of. They didn't even change my air filter because they didn't have it. When I questioned why they didn't do all the other items he replied we can't do that here. These guys have been nice to me before, but today they obviously screwed me over. When they take out your cabin air filter and place it on the counter and tell you you need a filter change, don't immediately believe them. They did the same thing to me at my last oil change 6 months earlier, and after agreeing to it again this time I read from several valid sources that these only need to be replaced every 30,000 miles. Took my car there for an oil change not only was it stupid expensive but they put the wrong oil filter on and ended up losing the filter along with all the oil in my engine and had to have my car towed to a mechanic shop will never ever go there again
