I was met at my vehicle by Jess. She is super. She is very knowledgeable and a great representative of the Jiffy Lube brand. She helped me get my vehicle inspected for Uber. She walked me inside pointed out the the restrooms and coffee. She also had some valuable advice on the upkeep of my vehicle. She explained things in great detail. My vehicle was pulled to the door and then walked me outside to where it was waiting. This level of service you just don't find much anymore. I would highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for both service and expertise. I was driving home after work one night. It was dark and I thought my tire sounded funny. So I pulled into the Jiffy Lube to check it out. I knew that they would be closed as it was after 6 o'clock. As I got out to look at the back tire, several employees came out to assist-even though it was after work hours. I wouldn't go any where else for an oil change. The are very professional and the cherry on top would be that when they have time and not very busy they vacuum my car, love that.

Found this new Jiffy Lube near CherryDale mall and decided to try it out. I've been back several times since that only for oil changes but for other fluid and minor repair services.Great facility, great technicians, all the explanations you desire concerning recommended work. They can usually find a discount for you, if you ask.

We drove in at about 1:00 pm for an oil change and was taken right in. If you come before 10:00 am there is a $10 discount. We were brought to the waiting area and took advantage of the free coffee. The waiting area is clean with a charging bar (for devices), seating area, TV viewing area, water fountain, kids area, and clean restrooms.
