Terrible service. Call and set an appointment for an alignment at 8 AM, and was told that they do not do appointments when I got there. Proceeded to wait two hours just to be told that they didn't do the alignment because my rods were worn. Could have been in and out in 10 minutes instead it was two hours.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube since the day it opened. Always have been pleased with the work and their kind staff. Today the staff went above and beyond the usual. My car broke down in the Lowe's parking lot next door. They pushed my car to their garage and fixed the problem in less than two hours. I wish I could give each one of them 10 stars. This is a business that I can always count on.

I've already written a Google review in the past so I wasn't able to add anything there. I did want to give them a shoutout. I took my car in this morning because something appeared loose under the car. It turned out to just be a loose heat shield. They bolted it back in place and had me out in five minutes without charging me a dime! They have replaced my brakes, fixed my AC, replaced tires, and done oil changes. They are efficient and always reasonably priced and incredibly kind. I highly recommend them!

I went into the Jiffy Lube #3810, on Poinsett Hwy., Greenville, S.C., to get an oil change. Upon speaking with the service writer, I discovered that at my last visit, I asked for synthetic blend, and that 's what I paid for. However, conventional oil was used. I was immensely disappointed. This location has the absolute nicest mechanics working that I have ever has the pleasure of interacting with. They're always excited to work on my car and go above and beyond to make the experience a positive one so that I can be back on the road. I live in Taylors, but I happily drive across town to keep coming back to this location.

I've brought my car here multiple times, typically just for an oil change. About two years ago, I had a check engine light come on so I brought it to get checked. Was told there was a broken valve that was causing oil to leak into part of the engine. Paid between $600-$800 for them to make the repair, and could tell the moment I left their lot that something still wasn't right. I followed the WONDERFUL LINDSEY from the Mauldin store which was much closer but the drive is worth it- I trust her with my cars and she has done an amazing job! Now she is running the new larger store- it is clean - comfortable with a great staff including Jose who is warm and welcoming! Love Lindsey and love Jiffy Lube!

From the moment of arrival the staff was immediate, cordial and helpful for my Tundra truck oil change. My needs assessed quickly. Staff shared Christmas gift pizza with all the customers. Very courteous to all. Thankyou for a wonderful experience!! Saved me 20% on bill without even asking! this place was to good to be true!

Brake Job. Shop would not turn front rotors. Sold me new ones and a very high price. Took my old rotors to 3 shops. All told me they would be in spec after turning. Had them turned for a fraction of new ones. Put on a different car. These people work on commission. Be careful
