Loyal customer to this location for years - not anymore after my most recent visit. I have a nail in my tire and when I went to this location yesterday they told me they were too busy and I should drive to the Taylor's location to get it fixed or come back at 8am the next day. Arrived at 8am and was told it would be an hour before they could get to me because they are short staffed. Incredible service! As a nonbinary person I'm always worried about going to a mechanic because I never know if they are gonna treat me differently. The tec Joseph was so kind and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The kindness is most definitely appreciated

Highly recommend! I had one of the best car experiences yesterday at this Jiffy Lube. I have never been there before, so I wasn't a returning customer, but I had already been to my dealership, and they were going to charge me $100. Instead, I took the word of someone at AutoZone, and I came in an hour before they closed with the light bulb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I went to get an oil change and oh boy were they speedy!! they got me in right away, walked me inside showed me where the bathrooms, coffee, and seating area was! extremely friendly staff - even recommended me to not get a service because it was not needed and saved me money!! will be back for any service needed for me car! price for an oil change is just a little above average but it was worth the extra few dollars
Drove up from Atlanta on a Saturday to have my daughter's car towed and the starter fixed. I learned that most Greenville repair shops are closed on Saturdays. Found Jiffy Lube Complete Care via Yelp. Regional manager, Tyler Bullard, contacted me, gave me a quote and promised same day turn around. I was met at the door by Logan, one of their mechanics, and received quick service with no attempt to upscale. Thanks much. I was very pleased with the work I received.
Still really like this place. Jordan takes good care. Not the cheapest but the work is good and they don't take you for a walk with unnecessary stuff.
This was the best oil change experience I've ever had, the staff was super friendly and worked fast in a coordinated effort to get my car done fast. I was about to go on a long road trip so their detailed inspection of my car gave me peace of mind.
Dear Owners, Hold onto Lindsey! She goes above and beyond with her customer service. My husband dealt with Tyler prior and came back home telling me what a good guy he was. The rest of the staff I dealt with were also really great.
