Jaco came out right away for my project, they were professional and did a great job. I received a quote before the job started and was shown the materials that would be used. I would definitely recommend them for your water proofing needs and they also do concrete lifting as well.

This is the second time I have called JACO Waterproofing . The first time was when we first moved into our home we had water problems in our basement after hard rains and they came very quickly and fixed the problem. Now after more then 13 years we had a problem in our crawl space under the kitchen floor, so we called JACO and they came and fixed the problem very promptly . We hired Jaco for two jobs. Fill a few cracks in our foundation and install a sump pit and pump in our basement. The cracks were filled perfectly. The sump is working properly and looks good. My only complaints are around the routing of the water from the sump. The elbow rising to the surface was not glued and ended up popping off after several months. We initially contacted Jaco to fix a leveling issue with our driveway that was causing water to pool up. Josh G****** came out and was very straight forward. He doubted that leveling the driveway would fix the issue. He suggested instead to install a Box Drain and run it into our current French Drain system. After a little more research we decided on a 3' long channel drain.
