We got in touch with **** after another basement company backed out of waterproofing our basement due to concerns about our house being very old and not having a footer. Interacting with them was so much more pleasant than any other company we talked with. They never tried to upsell us or make us commit to going through them on the spot. We have used Jaco before and were very satisfied. Our initial contact for this issue was **** and he was extremely helpful. We had a substantial horizontal crack in the foundation in our finished lower level. Barriers and covers were put up to help contain the dirt and dust. It has not rained since the finish of the work, but so far we are very pleased.

Jaco came to replace our dump pump system due to a pipe freezing. Jay the sale rep was knowledgeable and approachable. He helped start our replacement process and was through. Jaco was quick to schedule us and David and his team were great when completing the work.
Jaco was recommended to me by everyone that I asked. I'm very satisfied with all aspects of the work, as well as the price. I would not hesitate to call them again.
I highly recommend their service. They were very professional in all aspects - from the initial diagnosis, the actual work done and the clean up afterwards. It has rained several times since and there are no further leak issues. Would definitely use them again if there was ever another issue in the basement.
Second time I have used them. They were quick and easy. The price is reasonable. I would call them again if any new cracks develop.
