Ive used JACO on two different occasions, both were stellar and saved my house (and mental well-being!). The first was to seal 7 basement cracks that were not easily revealed when I bought my new house. The workers were very professional, and the process was relatively quick. The second was an emergency during a near-flood in the area, 7 years after the initial sealing. My basement began to flood from a new crack due to flooding (I live in a valley). JACO is great to work with. Very responsive and reasonably priced. They did not try to sell us an island in the desert. They fixed our problem quite nicely. As a matter of fact Im going to be calling them again for a different leak that needs to be fixed.
