We have used Jaco Waterproofing on several occasions to address foundation and some water issues. They have always been professional, offering best suggestion to resolve water problems and have always done quality work. I have never had to call them back to correct any previous repair. In February, my realtor had **** out to evaluate the problem with the house and to give an estimate for the repairs.I purchased the house in March.I did not call Jaco to come out to do the repairs, because the house needed many repairs and I had to prioritize an order of the repairs.Earlier this week, men showed up to do the work. Im incredibly impressed with Jaco Waterproofing. I had a number of structural maintenance issues I needed addressed after a home buying inspection revealed some problem areas. They didnt miss a single thing in the engineers report. The guys were incredibly efficient. Everything was finished in a day and half. There was no delay or half finished job and minimal impact to my yard when it came to installing the piers under the front porch steps. On my entrance walkway, the pad in front of my porch had dropped 3-4 over the years I contacted JACO by phone and the next day a representative came to my home and gave me an estimate to lift the pad back to its original height. Within the next week the crew was on sight and completing the work within hours. The gentleman were not only very efficient but extremely professional When someone asks me who did my work, I dont hesitate giving them the name and number to JACO
