The people are very friendly and the service is pretty quick. They explain everything in great detail. The waiting area is very nice.
Wait time was a little long for an oil change

My husband took my car to be serviced and told them he would be waiting and sat in the waiting area. Over an hour later, I received a text about some decisions that needed to be made. I then called my husband and asked if they had spoken to him. He said no and went to customer service counter. They said they forgot to tell him thw car was ready. They apologized and did not charge for the service. Well done Evansville Hyundai. Well done!

Very knowledgeable. Skilled mechanics. Up-to-date on all aspects of car care. Clean, well-equiped facility. All staff courteous and eager to help. They take the time and effort to explain what and why they perform all tasks. Every time I go there I leave very pleased and impressed. They are definitely not your average repair shop - They surpass the competition.
I had my engine replaced.!!! As always, Iam really glad & satisfied with their work but they need to make loaner car available . Very good human relations with customers
