Spent the day trying to hunt down vibration in engine problem. They didn't give up until they finally found a compressed damaged engine mount.
Fast, efficient and friendly. Very expensive.
Helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional staff-
overall good experience, however I wished that they would have reset my mileage at the end of the oil change because now each time I turn on my vehicle it states that it is 200 plus miles overdue for a service change.
Very thorough and did what needed to be done.
The service department drove me to a restaurant while they worked on my car. The driver, Eric, was very courteous, putting my walker in the vehicle for me. The work took less time than expected, and I enjoyed extra coffee while I waited for my ride back to the dealership. A very good experience.
Despite undergoing a major renovation so that half of the building was inaccessible, and being totally booked up, they still managed to get me worked in quickly, and still got the work done on time. The annoying thing wasn't the service department. It was the hoops Hyundai made us jump through before doing what needed to he done. The car was burning oil.
