Set up appointment. Received email confirmation. Received robo call one hour prior to service that they would be there soon. They never showed up. I lost $600 in sales. Lesson learned. Waste of time.
Timely and professional service.
U get talked in to buying a service plan instead of an hourly rate. I would of liked to know that ahead of time
Had an apt 2-4pm. No show at 6pm, but they called and said he was running late. At 6:40, the tech called and was an hour out so wouldn't be there until 7:30. I cancelled and rescheduled, but a wasted day. When rescheduled, he was on time and completed the work, but this was 5 days later.

Great customer service, excellent technician but I think the charge was outrageous. I needed service that day because the problem was with the electrical outlet for my refrigerator & I didn't have time to price check. The technician was here for 1 hr. He moved the fridge outlet from the GFI & moved the circuit to spare breaker because the other one was getting bad. One hour of work & the bill was $234.00, which I now know is extremely high after checking with other electricians.
I hired this company in January 2015 and they burned my house down true story.
Did not show up to appointment, not personable, terrible service.
