He charged me an exorbitant amount of money for several small issues and was unable to fix two of the three issues.
The electrician was technically competent but broke a PVC pipe in the attic hat caused a flood that ended up breaking a huge hole in the ceiling. I had Servpro deal with damage mitigation and am contacted by a contractor to repair the damage. House was not habitable for a week and there is a large plastic sheet instead of a ceiling.
This company called me and said they would be here between 12 and 6? I called them after 3 hours just to see what the eta was going to be. The person who answered was very rude and didn?t care in the least to help me. All i asked was for some kind of an idea when they might be here because I had to leave my house at 5:30. 6 hours is a huge window of time so I just wanted to lock down maybe within an hour or so. I will never use this company for anything again
Charge $269 to fix one plug socket and then talk me into a deal to check all my fixtures in the house. Then, gave me an outrageous quote to fix things that really didn t need to be fixed
Have NO regard for customer time!!! Appointment 8 am - 1 pm Missed - 1pm - 6 pm rescheduled again same day and missed - rescheduled next am between 10 am & 1 pm called at 7 am to say they were on the way in one hour. At 0830 no show. Customer Service acted as they were doing me a FAVOR!!!

Requested Ring install. Took two different visits and multiple hours to trouble shoot install hiccups. I am sure this install task was not a routine job and the company is much more versed in other electrical matters.
The electrician had a hard time locating the room in the attic. He was a nice man but a little too old to be climbing in the attic. It took him probably 10 trips into the attic. I asked him to make the electrical connections to the ceiling fan in the estimate but when it came to installed the ceiling fan I ended up installing the fan. I paid for the service because I wanted it done and over but they asked for too much for one drop. From the switch to the fan. Won�t call them in the future!
they did not finish l think it was to much for him it was friday and late he wanted to leave should have came earlier now l'm still looking for a electrician
