Called Alert Cool Today, they scheduled an appt the very next day regarding my plumbing.. So Don came out & he was very thorough in checking all the bathroom from sinks, showers, & toilets, of course ending up to the kitchen sink to the water heater . He was so informative & also made suggestions to what I may need in the future & offering me quotes via email.. Chris Staving was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned the unit and found it was low on freon and 2 parts required attention. Chris recommended changing and I elected to change the 2 parts. I highly recommend Alert Air Conditioning & Heat, with a technician like Chris working for Alert you just can not go wrong using them.
