I have used this company several times with very good results. Michael and Christina are excellent representatives of the company and work well with customers. They are always happy to make last-minute adjustments and to make sure that you're satisfied with the work. I would definitely use this company again.
Let me preface this lengthly statement by saying that I am writing this review years after my first (and presumably last) experience with Certapro. While I will acknowledge that the painters did a great job, and the overall staff was friendly, my experience with Bob (the owner) began amicably, but ended on a sour note due to 2 specific reasons: 1. Paul Hidalgo(the owner) has failed to keep his word on every item he committed on. From appointment date and time to simple returned phone calls. He rescheduled the estimate date, then he arrives late next appointment. He committed to following up with me on several occasions and never got a call. Very bad business from him. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Very bad service from this person.

I highly recommend Certa-Pro Painters. They were very efficient, professional and extremely courteous to all the residents. I live in a complex made up of 6 separate buildings with lots of mature trees and bushes. This was definitely not an easy project! We didn't lose one bush, plants, etc. Give these guys a call. You won't be sorry.
Amazing! Jason is so helpful and wants to make sure the job is done exactly how I want. I had them paint my garage and they were so clean, friendly, respectful, hard working (it was hot) and just all around great. I got two estimates to have the front of my house painted. The CertaPro estimate was the most reasonable so I went with them. Their performance was a 10 out of 10. Two professional painters for two days - they were efficient, clean, and very professional - I would recommend them to any one.
Let's just say if you read some of my reviews you'll see I'm pretty critical. Bob's branch of CertaPro Painters works just the way you'd hope. Very professional, picks up the phone, everyone does everything they promised and off they go at the end of the day. Don't even hesitate to get an estimate for your next job.
Let me start by saying that we thought Bob was a super nice guy. He came back as many times as we requested and was very personable. We had a bedroom and bathroom painted. The bedroom looked great, except they painted with the wrong finish and the trim had to be redone. The bathroom, on the other hand, was a complete disaster: paint splotches left all over the place (toilet, fixtures, tile, floor, you name it); paint thinner rags left around; newly painted cabinets literally had paint falling off; inside of cabinets were unp... read more
CertaPro did some interior work and the entire exterior of our home. Inside there were a number of areas where they repaired existing problems. They did an excellent job of matching existing colors and the results were a seamless blending of old and new. The exterior was done quickly and well.
