Not gonna lie, it started out a little rocky with this company. I called and scheduled an appointment for a quote, and they scheduled me with Scott. Shortly after, I received two text messages from a couple randoms at CertaPro. This was very confusing to me, so I had to call back and ask about it. The receptionist confirmed that the two men were part of Scott's crew. Before CertaPro painted the building I live in, tenants received a letter from CertaPro stating the hours they would be painting and that they are an EPA certified lead renovation, repair, and painting contractor (our building is old and has lead paint). It also asked that our windows be closed, so they were all closed before the work began. When the paint removal began outside of my kitchen, it was really loud so I peeked in the kitchen. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the painters and the quality of their work. They arrived each morning before 8:00 am and worked steadily until 4:00 pm. They cleaned everything up before they left and I was always made aware of the progress and what to expect for the following day. The job was finished in less time than I had anticipated and they made my 119 year old house sparkle! They certainly deserve five stars. Helen Pontarelli

We were very happy with the process and the result. We had our initial consultation with the owner (Bob) via Zoom which was very efficient and easy. They followed-up and maintained good communication. They did everything they said they were going to do and the final result looks great.

Painters are good, management and sales staff are a different story. Having previously used them for interior and exterior paint jobs, the second time around left an unsavory flavor. Having spent over $15k in the prior year, I was surprised to find out that there was now a surcharge for credit card users of 3%. Also owner would not accept my coupon for 10%, until I informed him of what I had initially spent with his company. I will not use the Certapro of Pasadena again. Buyer beware.

Very friendly and professional consultant, project manager and painters. Our house needed exterior paint to be stripped and repainted which was done efficiently and well by the 3 men crew. The job was finished on time with satisfactory workmanship. We changed our interior painting schedule several times for various reasons and each time Christina was able to accommodate. Yes, we will recommend CertaPro to our friends and family.

My wife and I recently had our home's exterior painted by Certa Pro painters of Pasadena. They did an outstanding job. They were very easy to work with. All the insurance was in order, and the contract was specific without being legalese. The quality of paint coverage was wonderful. We picked out beautiful colors, with the help of their consultant.
