Carlos and Rico were the painters for us, and they did an excellent job on our new home. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to deliver what we wanted. Always in good spirits and gave us constant updates on the progress they made as the project went along. I would highly recommend them and CertaPro for your painting needs!

My point of contact was a millenial named Andrew Bliek, and in retrospect, I was warned when his business card had a photo of him looking like he just rolled out of bed. From the moment I signed the contract, he became rude and unresponsive. Just to list a few examples, he would talk over me, make stupid faces at me, fail to respond to emails/texts, and arrive late despite promises to arrive at "8:30 sharp." Our experience with CertaPro was outstanding! We'd put off a project involving drywall repair and painting for years because it felt overwhelming, but from our initial consultation through the completion of the work the team from CertaPro made it so easy. We're thrilled with the outcome, feel dumb for waiting so long and look forward to having them paint the rest of the house soon!

Disappointing - i thought Andrew B would be an excellent contact, however, he ended up ghosting me. Sent the initial quote and never heard from him again. I had high hopes too since my place is walking distance from the business. However, Andrew, Gave a bad impression and I decided to not use this company.

We had a great experience with CertaPro! Everyone we've dealt with at the Pasadena office has been fantastic. We wanted the exterior of our house painted including the trim and fascia boards. Andrew came out to take a look and we had an estimate from him a few hours later. He was very professional and friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Bob and the team at CertaPro certainly are Pros. From one phone call to the office and then getting a prompt estimate from Bob, making plans to start the work, and efficient and mindful service during the job made painting our house a breeze. Bob is very available to making sure all things go as planned.

Bob Mauser The business owner is an outstanding professional. I signed a contract with him to paint the interior of my home. He did an excellent job that I immediately signed a second contract with him to paint the exterior of my house too which he did another outstanding job. Many of my neighbors complemented me on the outstanding paint job. I recommend Bob Mauser highly. He proved to me to be a man of Integrity and high end painting professional for both interior and exterior. Thank you very much Bob.

There's nothing "pro" about CertaPro painters. They were unprofessional, snarky, dishonest and messy. Let me provide details and pictures. I was eager for the job to begin-- painting living room, dining room and two stairways. The job was ~500 sq. ft. and took 4 days. They started with the living room/dining room area. They didn't have the paint needed for the job, although I contacted them the week prior with color choices. They were not prepared so it delayed work a bit. I hired CertaPro to paint two rooms a deep shade of blue. They did a terrific job with close attention to the details. Also, I forgot that I had paid for them to paint the inside of one of the closet doors. After they had finished up and left, I checked the original contract and realized my oversight. I called to let them know, and they were happy to send back a member of the crew to finish up painting that door. All in all, it was a positive experience. Would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Pasadena!
