Executed 3 separate contracts with these people totaling $18,500 and paid 50% deposit on each one and paid them via check at completion. They came out, got paint on my baseboards, electrical switches, and some of the glass in the windows on the outside. They over-sprayed texture on my walls near the air conditioner filters and they threw water bottles and painting debris in my yard. The process started out great with John but the quote had the wrong cheaper paint than I had requested. This was resolved after speaking with John. As I was managing the job from out of town, when I did show up on the job, I found they were using the bathrooms and I told them to clean it up as I've seen gas stations with cleaner toilets. I also had to point out to painters areas that they didn't know they had to paint like the door trims. UPDATE; Just had my house repainted 4 years after it was painted by CertaPro and 2 years after they repainted the peeling areas from the previous paint job under their warranty. My house yet again within a year had multiple area's of peeling paint and faded areas from the flat paint and complete lack of prep done by CertaPro initially. My NEW painting contractor, Roger with R&A Painters, spent 2 days prepping prior to painting. His team power washed, scrapped, patched and repaired areas in need. We have been waiting for over 4 months to receive painted door casing. They not only never went and picked up the casing from the lumber store like they agreed to but they also were lousy in communication as well. With many phone calls and email exchanges they still couldn't respond to us with the correct details of our project saying they needed to make multiple trips to Home Depot for our casing when we told them numerous times that our lumber was not there but with another company. Ceta-Pro painted my house in 2005. In 2016, the paint has started to peal in several areas. Called Certa-Pro and they indicated the warranty is for 2 years so no help there. Asked for the color used to paint the house and was told they no longer have a record of the color although did acknowledge, they did the job in 2005. Will be pursuing another painting company to fix the pealing paint problem.

This was the worst painting experience you could imagine. Hired to do the exterior of my home. The workers were messy and I personally had to inspect everything they did. Without that, they would have left and called it a day. Told the job would be 2-3 days and it took 6 days. Lazy workforce with no attention to detail. Still not happy and they are paid and long gone. I'll touch up their work.
