Right from the start, the quoting process was very professional, appropriate follow up, all questions answered, very detailed on what the quote included as the work order. We chose CertaPro because of the positive reviews on Yelp and Next Door Tatum Ranch. John Antioco came to our home, and listened to how we wanted the interior of our home completed and took pictures of the various rooms. He told us the interior would be rolled and brush painted and the job would be 3-4 days to complete.We chose them because of this. The Certapro Painters of North Scottsdale were excellent! Manuel & Adriana were the team that was sent to our home by John Antioco, one of the owners. Manuel & Adriana took their time prepping our home, power washing, filing cracks & repairing stucco. They had an attention to detail while prepping & painting our home. Michael called me personally to correct a very poor interaction that turned out to be from a different branch. He was extremely courteous and very professional and went out of his way to try and help me even though it might be out of his usual area. Being new in Scottsdale, my husband and I were a bit worried about finding a good painting contractor. We were so glad we found CertaPro Painters. Michael Foegal was able to give us a very reasonable estimate to paint the interior of our home. And we were extremely pleased with the work done by Adriana and Gabriel. John A. and his entire crew were friendly and professional. The estimator, Michael, came back with a with a very detailed estimate with photos. The price was fair. They are bonded, insured, and customer satisfaction seems to be of utmost concern. There were a few minor hiccups in the process of painting our large home. They did a fabulous job of painting my house. Meticulous prep work. I think they spent 3 or 4 times as long taping and preparing my house for paint. They pulled the dirt away from the walls. Power sprayed the walls. And they were nice to my dog,too!

Wonderful job done by CertaPro. The exterior painting took almost six days including the prep work. Very meticulously done. Paid the same amount as in the company's estimate. Would use this company again for sure.
