We were hesitant to use CertaPro because of a poor experience in a different location years ago. However, this company (CertaPro Painters of North Scottsdale) were highly recommended by our trusted designer. Our job included the full exterior of our home including the perimeter walls plus painting the interior ceilings in family room/kitchen and living/dining. We hired CertaPro Painters of North Scottsdale to paint the exterior of our home. They did an absolute fabulous job! They were meticulous with attention to detail, which I really appreciate especially choosing a bright white with a deep dark brown accent. I love coming home now - my house is so beautiful!! I hired CertaPro to paint my homes interior and basic drywall repair. The crew showed up as agreed and did a great job of setting up and masking off their work areas. At the end of the day when they left I inspected the days work and was very disappointed in the drywall repairs and some drips on furniture The crew had already left so I reached out to John at the office and made him aware of my concerns. John and Michael have a great company. Michael came out to review my house and the project. I had a detailed quote within a few hours - complete with photos of different aspects of my property and how they would paint it. During the HOA approval process, John was great to reschedule things around delays. Once 'Paint Week' came, the power wash crew came out and the project began. We called CertaPro a year ago to paint the outside of our home and they did a great job. The paint has held up very well. Recently we had damage to our home and added some upgrades which required additional matching paint. Contacted John A... who got back to me right away as before. He came out and assessed what needed to be painted, provided the cost so no surprises and scheduled the new job with my approval. John and his team did a great job painting my 45 ft. flag pole. He provided the estimate, set clear expectations, arrived on time, and did a spectacular job. It was also a unique job requiring a boom lift, and going up 40 ft. in the air to prep, and paint. John and his team were all great to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend for any painting needs for your home.
