Their service was excellent. They were always available to answer phone calls and completed the job well before deadline. They made sure we were 100atisfied before leaving the property. Very pleasant people to be around as well.

I???ve never had a home project go so poorly. Our job was a full interior paint. Our site manager was not on site at all for 4 of 5 days. The deadline for completion was consistently changed as they got further behind. Project was only finally completed because we managed the progress ourselves and asked CertaPro to send a second team in to help. They seemed to have hurried the job which showed on completion. The lead did not like it when we ask to have to have areas corrected. They painted interior and exterior. When they painted exterior it was almost dark, it rained that evening and the temperature was in the twenties. This is why we felt they rushed it. Didn't get the walk through for two days. The owner Tina and their representive were professional just now the lead.
