The owners were great to work with and the paint job is very good and we are pleased, however, the workers did a poor job of power washing and the owner quickly sent them back to rewash, and the workers did not clean up the porches from scraping and sanding, had to ask the workers to come back and do it as they were leaving and then they only cleaned one porch.
The experience with CertaPro Painters was excellent. I made contact with the company and was happy with their customer service. When the company came to my residence to offer a quote they were on time and the measurements were done professionally. Their offer was not the lowest bid, however I was impressed with the contact thusfar with both Karen and Nell. The job was completed on time and was exactly as desired.
