Other than a couple of minor issues I was overall quite satisfied with the completion of the project. They did a good quality paint job. I would use them again but probably request a painter with whom it would be a little easier to communicate.
As is true in any field or business, sometimes there are snags. Taylor made sure everything was finished to my standards, and beyond. He's great to work with and his painters are fantastic. The customer service was amazing, truly! The best ceilings on the property are the ones CertaPro painted and retextured. I wish all my ceilings looked like the ones his painters did. Fantastic! I was able to contact CertaPro and have them drive by the project and give me a quote for the job via email. They started the project on time and finished it to my specifications. I was even able to pay them after the project was completed; This works out well for me because my projects are all over the metroplex and I can't always be there during normal office hours. The work completed was very professional and my customer was extremely happy.
Taylor was very professional. His quote included everything up front. His crew was good and quick.

was really pleased with the work these guys did, very nice, curtius, did what we needed to be done. arrived when we where told they would be there, on Sunday they said they would come bck to finish at 10am they where there at 9am.
