CertaPro Painters did a fantastic job previously on our exterior, so we chose CertaPro once again to paint our interior. Excellent process from estimate, scheduling, and follow-up. The crew was professional, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving a happy customer. The interior of our home was beautiful when they finished. Great job and would highly recommend!!

I hired CertaPro of Bothell/Lynwood to paint my house a couple of times, the last time in 2021, when I had them out to repaint one side where the paint had failed after about 6 years and it was out of warranty. Less than two years later, large slabs of paint on that same side were coming off again, so I called them out again, this time within the two year warranty. Great Service and wonderful staff. Exterior painting went quickly and they cleaned up after themselves daily. My neighbor also got their house painted after seeing our results. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have their house painted.

You can't do a zero. Work product is total crap. Instead of two days prep and two days painting as represented by Tanner. Their prep consists of taping only. Stacked two oak dining chairs on top my dining table without protection. Did NOT protect my carpet which has circles of paint left all over. Told Tanner, Dan (production) and Israel I wanted nail holes covered except two. Zero done. Five minute argument with Dan about where I thought my kitchen and family room started and ended scope of job. They came in my house... read more

Work done in 2020 by unprofessional contractor. Totally sloppy, with paint on all windows and all exposed items. Even broke light fixture and didn't say a word. Had to have someone else come in and fix all they messed up. Never again. Too bad you have to select at least one star!!!

In summary: - The quality of paint job was okay but I had to call things out a few times to make sure they address errors. - Communication was poor. - Customer service was poor. - They were extremely disorganized. We hired CertaPro Painters to paint our decks in August 2020. After less than 16 months the paint on the center of our main deck began to bubble and eventually peel. When we contacted CertaPro we were informed that the warranty did not cover flat surfaces such as our deck and therefore there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation.
