We live in Everett, Wa. Their quote was expensive but their sales pitch was great. I chose them over a small independent painter because I was promised a detailed, thorough, and guaranteed experience backed with a warranty. The crew was nice but they failed to even pressure all of the dirt off before putting the blue base layer they put over bare wood spots and then because I noticed and they had to re-wash at least one side of the house, they then didn't give it at least 24 hours to dry before painting. Painters that showed up were not experienced, scheduled them for 2 days but they only showed up for one day. Called the home office to ask when the painters would show up but they couldn't contact the painters. Multiple missed areas. Another painter had to be scheduled but wasn't scheduled until after my new carpets were installed and after the holidays 2 weeks later. 2nd painter spent an additional 3 hours fixing the missed spots. CertaPro recently finished painting the exterior of our home and we could not be happier. Rob, Sara, Dan and his crew were fantastic to work with. It is the first thing during our remodel project that went smoothly, turned out right the first time and where we felt we got our moneys worth.

Great experience, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from Jeff to Anya and Hector's team. We love the finished product, our house looks new again. We were glad to have Anya's help picking colors it made the process so much easier.

Wow! We had a fabulous experience with Certa Pro in Lynnwood. We just bought a house and needed some work done, removal of popcorn ceilings and inside painting of our new house. I think Rick and Brian were the workers names and they worked their butts off to accommodate or ever increasing deadline of when we needed to be out of our old house and move into our new house. We wanted all the work done before we moved in. 5 stars all the way, Carlos was also fantastic! Thank you again! The Freeman's----Erik, Heidi and Marina.

Second time I've used this CertaPro company. Almost 2 years ago, they painted the exterior of my house while I was on the East coast visiting family. Truly the most trustworthy and professional folks I could have hired. I literally contracted and went on vacation. Oh, by the way, they did a GREAT job. So, I called them back when it was time to paint the interior. Great experience. If you need painting done, you will NOT be disappointed.

GREAT WORK RICK! After having a nightmare of a time trying to find someone to prime and paint our doors (and having a bad experience with our cabinets being painted), CertaPro answered the call. Their painter (Rick) was extremely professional and really went the extra mile for us. The doors look beautiful and we are very happy with Rick's work. Should we need any painting in the future we will contact CertaPro and request for Rick directly as we know he will do a fantastic job.

I was very disappointed in the work you provided. It was "C" work at best. The reason I called CertaPro Painters is because I have used your "Trade Name" many times in the past 22 years and I have always received "A" work. Your estimate was also ambiguous at best with the bathroom estimate not being included in the totals. The only reason you got the job was because I thought the estimate for the bathroom was included of course it was not after closer inspection the second page of your estimate was not included in the totals... read more
